Do you check my artwork before printing?

We carry out a basic print suitability check before production. This includes checking obvious issues such as size, bleed, crop marks, resolution and whether the file is suitable for print. This is not the same as proofreading, spell-checking or redesigning your artwork, so please check all text, names, dates and contact details carefully before approving your proof.

If we spot an obvious error at any stage of the process, we’ll always be honest and let you know. Depending on how far the job has progressed, you can then decide whether to continue, update the artwork, partly reprint or fully reprint the order.
