Select either:

• Folded table place cards: 90 × 90mm, creased and folded in half to create a 90 × 45mm freestanding card

• Flat name cards: business card size, supplied flat without creasing or folding

Then choose your card type, quantity and production time.  You can supply either:

• An Excel list of names with your background design or an example of the required style; or

• A print-ready PDF containing one completed card per page

Upload your files during checkout and include any special instructions with your order.  Our team will check your files and email you a PDF proof before printing.  Please check every name, job title, company name, spelling and capital letter carefully. We will only begin production once you have approved the proof.

Once approved, we will print and finish your cards. Folded cards will be creased and folded, while flat cards will be supplied as individual business cards.  We will email you when the order is ready for collection or has been dispatched. Production time begins after proof approval.

Supplying an Excel name list

Please provide the names in an Excel spreadsheet.  Use separate columns for information such as:

• First name
• Surname
• Job title
• Company name
• Table number

Check the spelling and capitalisation carefully and remove any blank rows or duplicate entries.

Supplying finished artwork

Please supply a print-ready PDF with:

• One completed card per page
• 3mm bleed on every edge
• Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
• Important text kept away from the trimmed edges
• No crease or fold line included in the artwork

For folded cards, the PDF page should measure 96 × 96mm, including bleed. For more help preparing your file, please see our artwork guide.

For flat cards, the artwork dimensions will depend on the exact business card size offered on the page. If it is the usual UK size of 85 × 55mm, the PDF with bleed should measure 91 × 61mm.  We recommend ordering a few blank cards as spares for late attendees, last-minute name changes or unexpected guests.

• All cards are printed in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same if your design is black & white only.
• 350gsm silk is a thick smooth card, with a slight finish to it.
• 350gsm uncoated is a thick bond card with a 'natural' paper finish. 
• All our paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources. 

Turnaround

• Production time starts once you have approved a PDF proof.
