Professional pin and clip name badges for conferences, meetings, training courses and business events.
Each badge contains a full-colour 85 × 54mm printed card, available either on its own or fitted into a clear plastic badge holder. The holder includes both a crocodile clip and a safety pin, allowing guests to choose the most suitable way to attach it to their clothing.
Print every badge with a different name, job title, company or other attendee information. You can supply a ready-to-print PDF, or provide your branded badge design with an Excel list of names for us to merge.
Suitable for conferences, exhibitions, networking events, workshops, awards ceremonies, visitor identification and corporate events. Fast production is available for urgent and last-minute guest lists.

1. Choose your options
Select the number of badges required and whether you would like printed cards only or cards supplied inside clear pin and clip badge holders.
2. Send your names and artwork
You can upload either:
- A print-ready PDF with one finished badge on each page; or
- Your badge background design together with an Excel spreadsheet containing the names, job titles and other information to be added.
If every badge is identical, simply upload one design.
3. Check your PDF proof
We check your files before printing and email you a PDF proof showing the finished layout. Nothing is printed until you have approved it.
4. Printing and delivery
Production is normally completed within one working day after proof approval. We will email you when your badges are ready for collection or dispatch.
Please note, we do not print PVC ID badges. As an alternative, we can print simple ID badges on laminated thick card.
