How it works
- Choose your options: Select your card size, paper type, quantity and production time, then add to basket. Order the total number of cards you need.
- Upload your artwork: After checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your PDF files. If every table has a different number or name, please supply one page per card. For example, 12 tables would require a 12-page PDF or 12 individual PDFs.
- Approve your proof: We'll check your artwork and email you a PDF proof for approval. Please carefully check all table numbers, names and spelling.
- Printing & delivery: Once you've approved your proof, we'll print and finish your cards, ready for collection or delivery.
Need a design? Canva and Etsy have plenty of editable wedding table number templates. If you need us to personalise a design for you, please email us before ordering so we can provide a quote.

- A6 – 105 × 148mm: A compact option for smaller tables and displays.
- A7 – 74 × 105mm: Small and discreet, ideal where table space is limited.
- DL – 99 × 210mm: A tall, slim format for an elegant, modern look.
All sizes can be printed in portrait or landscape orientation.
Card & Printing Options
- 350gsm silk card: Thick, smooth card with a subtle sheen, ideal for colourful designs.
- 350gsm uncoated card: Natural matt finish, perfect for rustic, minimalist and traditional wedding themes.
- Printing: High-quality full-colour printing from your supplied artwork.
- Finish: Supplied flat and trimmed to size, ready to display in your own frames, holders or stands.
Preparing Your Artwork
- Supply your artwork as a high-quality, print-ready PDF.
- Include 3mm bleed on all edges if your design extends to the edge of the card.
- Keep important text and details at least 4mm inside the finished edges.
- For different table numbers or names, please supply one PDF page per card, or individual PDF files.
