How to print flipcharts for a conference or training workshop

Need flipcharts printed for a conference, workshop or presentation? We print large-format sheets clearly and professionally, ready for meetings, training sessions and events.

Flipcharts are usually printed on 80gsm bond paper, which is lightweight, easy to write on and suitable for temporary use. If your artwork includes heavy ink coverage, photos or solid backgrounds, a thicker paper or card may be a better option.

For best results, please upload a PDF. If you are designing in PowerPoint, avoid widescreen slides where possible, as these can leave large gaps when printed. A standard 4:3 slide size usually works better for A-size printing.

Most flipchart orders are produced within 1–2 working days. Same-day printing may be possible for urgent events, depending on the artwork and quantity.
