How It Works:

Calculate your total number of prints and any options, then add to your basket.
During checkout, upload your file and include any special instructions.
We’ll check your order, ensure everything is correct, and email you a PDF proof for approval (if necessary).
Once approved, we’ll start printing and notify you upon completion.

File Types Accepted:

Preferred: PDFs (press quality or PDF/X-4)
Also accepted: JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Publisher

Specifications:

Colour / Black & White: Choose based on your document’s content.
Single / Double Sided: Print on the front or both sides of the paper.
Hole Punching & Stapling: Standard UK 2/4 holes and single staple in the top left corner.
Margins: All prints have a small white margin around each edge.

Binding Options:

Wire Binding (metal): Permanent binding secured with a metal wire.
Comb Binding (plastic): Re-openable with a machine to edit pages.
Thermal Tape Binding: Permanent binding with hot melted glue and tape.

Paper Types:

80gsm: Standard uncoated bond paper for black & white printing.
100gsm: Standard uncoated bond paper for colour printing.
120gsm: Premium uncoated paper, often used for letterheads.
170gsm & 250gsm: Thin to medium thick card options, available in uncoated and coated silk finishes.

Turnaround & Delivery:

Typical production time is 1 working day, with most orders dispatched the same day.
Delivery is typically 1 working day, varying by location in the UK.
