After checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file and add any special instructions.

For standard certificates, upload one certificate design. For personalised certificates, please upload one combined PDF with one certificate per page.

If you have several different names or designs, select Different names / personalised and enter the total number of certificates required as the quantity.

We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand your requirements, and email you a PDF proof before printing.

Your proof will show the final layout as it will print, so you can check names, spelling, positioning and any other details before production.

Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll print your certificates and email you when they're finished.

File Types

• For standard certificates, please upload a 1-page file.
• For personalised certificates, please upload one combined multi-page PDF, with one certificate per page. For example, 50 personalised certificates should be supplied as a 50-page PDF.
• Our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. This allows us to print edge-to-edge.
  Not sure how to do this? Canva makes it straightforward — export as PDF Print and tick the 'Crop marks and bleed' box.
  For Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, use File → Export → PDF (Print) and choose the Press Quality preset. Our full artwork guide is at copycentre.com/artwork.
• We also accept JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Publisher, and we can resize your file for you. 
• We'll always check your file and send you a PDF proof to approve before printing. 

Specifications

• Uncoated card is a bond paper, with a plain natural 'paper' finish. This is the best choice for writing on, as it's suitable for all types of ink (eg fountain pens). 
• Coated Silk card is smooth and white, with a slight finish to it, which some people prefer. It can be written on with a biro pen or marker pen. 
• All our paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources. 
• All certificates are printed in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same even if your design is black & white only.
• Certificates are available in the sizes shown in the ordering options. If your file is an unusual size, we may be able to resize it to the nearest standard size.
