How it works

We'll need a file to print from. 

Please note that our flyers are priced per design. If you have 2 different designs, you'll need to place separate orders for each. 

If you'd like a custom quantity, please see our postcards page. Flyers need to be printed in fixed quantities for the best prices. 

We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes. 

Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished your order. 

File Types

• Our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. This allows us to print edge-to-edge.
  Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software. 
• If you don't have a design, then we recommend searching on Canva for an editable template that matches your needs. Please save your design as 'PDF print' with cropmarks.
• We also accept JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Publisher, and we can resize your file for you. 
• We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing. 

Specifications

• All flyers are printed in full colour and at excellent quality.
• Silk is a coated paper with a slight sheen to it, but is easier to write on than gloss. It's smooth and feels slightly nicer than gloss. 
• All our paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources. 

VAT

• Leaflets are zero rated (no VAT), as long as the content fits what HMRC defines as a leaflet.
• If your leaflet contains a voucher, a form, or a ticket, then we must charge 20% VAT on top. We will contact you if this is the case.

Turnaround

• Production time starts once you have approved a PDF proof. 
• Delivery is typically 1 working day, but can vary depending on where you are in the UK.
